1. General conditions
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement with a binding force between Contextart.net (the shop) and the users (you) in connection with the services offered by Contextart.net. By browsing the pages, clicking on the sites or links located on the pages of Contextart.net, you agree, accept and agree to abide by these Terms of Service.

2. About the confidentiality of your data
Contextart.net processes and takes measures to protect the personal data of the users according to the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act. Users agree that Contextart.net has the right to process their personal data in connection with the use of the services of the website. In order to serve and execute your orders, we need to accept the following data:
- name and surname
- contact phone
- address for invoice and engraving
- ZIP code
You can then amend this data from your personal profile.
The data we will receive when you are ordering, registering or viewing the pages will only be used for your service - accepting and executing orders, subscribing to news, contacting you in case of problems related to the order and improving Contextart service .net. We guarantee that this data will not be provided in any form to third parties or used for purposes other than those described above. Users subscribed to Newsletter subscription can terminate their subscription at any time from the link at the end of each news item.Your profile can be deleted from the Contextart.net system along with the data that comes with it if you so desire.
Each order for a product or service through the Contextart.net system is linked to a payment obligation under a payment method of your choice. Orders are accepted 24 hours a day, also on weekends and on public holiday days. In the process of ordering, you have the opportunity to see the products you buy and their prices, your names, e-mail, phone, address, postal code, delivery method and payment method. After the order is completed and if this is your first order on the phone you will receive a call from us confirming the same information. For each subsequent order you will receive confirmation by e-mail only. You will be notified via e-mail to change the status of the order (confirmation, processing, sending, etc.). The state of the current as well as of previous orders can be tracked from your personal profile.
Ordering a product (s) through an e-shop means expressing consent to a distance selling contract governed by the Consumer Protection Act.
Individual orders at customer's request
Because most products on the site are the only item when you see an item you cannot add to the shopping cart but want to order, contact us by phone or e-mail us. In most cases, what you want can be created within a maximum of 10 days. You should keep in mind that the product you see in the photo is unique, which means there may be differences in re-making.
All prices are in BGN with VAT included. The prices of the products are shown without the delivery price.
5. Problems in the execution of the order
Although we strive to perform all orders accurately, performance of your order may be obstructed for any of the following reasons:
a) We do our best to have stock availability and to update inventory in a timely manner, but some of the ordered products may not be available; in this case, we will contact you as soon as possible by phone or email
b) You have selected "Card payment" or PayPal, but no payment or payment delay has occurred.
c) You have indicated incorrect or incomplete delivery data - names, address, telephone, postcode.
In the event of a discrepancy between the products received and ordered or the inaccuracies of our fault, we will bear the costs of subsequent return and replacement of non-compliant products. If we are unable to deliver through no fault of Contextart.net (you are not at the specified address or you are not responding to the supplier's calls), your order will be returned to us until we contact you.
Orders are paid at your option by one of the methods specified in the online store. When choosing a payment method other than cash on you, you agree to pay the price of your order in advance to the bank account we specify.
a) Payment on delivery: upon receipt of the order, you pay to the courier.
b) Payment by credit card and Paypal: you pay during the order process.
c) Bank transfer
7. Delivery and receipt of the products
a) By sending an order confirmation, you agree to pay the price of the selected products and the indicated shipping cost.
b) Delivery at address: it is chosen in the order process after filling in the exact address, names, zip code, preferred delivery date and additional instructions.
8. Refusal of order and return
You may return the purchased products without cause for return within 14 days of the date of purchase under the following terms:
- The products are in their original packaging.
- No traces of use, defective commercial appearance or spotting.
- Include the original invoice or order with which you have received the products (with your order you will receive an accompanying document - a fiscal receipt upon payment at delivery or invoice at your request).
- The costs of returning the products are at your expense.
You can replace the products with others or refund if you do not want replacement. We refund the value of the products without the delivery cost. All amounts paid on delivery or on site are refunded only by bank transfer to your personal account within 14 days of the date you notified us of your cancellation. All amounts paid by debit / credit card are refunded to the same account (card) from which the payment was made.
Please note that we cannot accept custom-made products with specific sizes, colors or materials, as well as products that have been damaged by you.

In disputes concerning obligations arising from online sales agreements that have not been negotiated, you may refer the dispute to the Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution (ADR) bodies under the terms and procedure of Article 181a et seq. 11. Content and Copyright
The website contains copyrighted materials and texts, images, graphic logos, graphics, logos of trademarks that are owned or licensed by Contextart.net and are protected by Bulgarian and other applicable laws and conventions on copyright, related and other intellectual property rights .
